Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and any other rules or decisions the Sponsor(s) implements.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be an Authorized Patron to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Eligibility is required at time of entry AND time of drawing. Entrants must also be 18 years or older. All authorized Navy Exchange patrons as defined by our authorized patron policy listed here: https://www.mynavyexchange.com/nex/customer-service/authorized-patrons are eligible to participate except NEXCOM Enterprise associates, including military personnel and military retirees assigned to or employed by NEXCOM, its concessionaires, its contractors or representatives providing in-store service to or working in an exchange facility and their immediate family members. NEXCOM Enterprise associates include all Navy Exchange stores and Headquarter locations, Navy Lodge, Navy Gateway Inn and Suites, Ship Stores, Telecommunications Program, Uniform Program and Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility.
Sweepstakes Period: The NEXt Level Rewards Experience with Jesse Iwuji at NASCAR Race Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on 1 March 2026, an ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 28 March 2026. Sweepstakes dates are subject to change at NEXCOM’s discretion. NEXCOM headquarters’ computer system is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
PRIZES INFORMATION: Three (3) winners will be chosen to win four (4) tickets each for a total of twelve (12) tickets to join Jesse Iwuji at Naval Station North Island (Coronado, CA) on Saturday, June 20, 2026 along with a $1,000 gift card. Receipt of gift card is contingent upon acceptance of NASCAR tickets. Experience includes a meet & greet with Jesse, a tour of the pit, and the ability to stand along the sidelines with the pit crew during the race. Prize does NOT include travel to/from the event, lodging, meals, parking and any extraneous expenses incurred at the event. No sale, gift or transfer of the ticket(s) are allowed. Value of each prize is $1,480. Total retail value of all prizes is $4,440. Winners and Guests must be NEX authorized patrons of the Navy Exchange. Guests must be 18 years of age to attend the experience. Winner and their selected guests will be required to register with NASCAR prior to the event. No winner or guest substitution allowed and no sale of the ticket allowed. Winner and Selected guest must provide their full name as it appears on their legal ID to NEXCOM and NASCAR to register for the event. Additional details will be provided via email. Limit one (1) prize per winner during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
How To Enter: Sweepstakes is open to all authorized Navy Exchange Patrons. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit MyNavyExchange.com/Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes link or click the NEXt Level Rewards Experience with Jesse Iwuji at NASCAR Race Sweepstakes link promoted by the Navy Exchange at myNavyExchange.com, in Navy Exchange e-mails, or on select Navy Exchange social media channels.
After clicking the Sweepstakes entry link you will be prompted to complete the online entry form with all required information. Complete the entry form with all required information. If you do not wish to enter the Sweepstakes online you may call US: 877–810–9030 or Overseas: 001–877–432–1736 to enter through a NEX Customer Service Representative.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Any entries received in excess of the entry limit are void. Entrants must provide their first and last name, email address and phone number. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries.
All entries must be received before Sweepstakes Closing Date. Sponsor(s) are not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor(s) are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions. All entries become the property of NEXCOM.
ENTRY INFORMATION: NEXCOM is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by Internet users’ technical or human error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. NEXCOM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other impediments beyond the control of NEXCOM corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 30 March 2026. Upon verification of eligibility, NEXCOM will provide directions via email. Each winner must provide their full name (as written on their Driver’s License or Passport) and cell phone number and their guest’s full name (as written on their Driver’s License or Passport) and cell phone number to NEXCOM no later than 01 June, 2026. Jesse Iwuji’s team will submit winner and guests names to NASCAR. Upon submission, winner and guests will each receive a link via text that will prompt each person to submit a photo of themselves and upload their driver’s license. Winner and guests must also sign the NASCAR liability form. Once completed, each winner and guest will receive a QR code. On 20 June, 2026 – winner and guests will check in at the NASCAR trailer at Naval Base North Island, Coronado, CA and present the QR code to receive their credentials/tickets for the experience and race. Winners and guests must bring their driver’s license and passport to verify their identity.
A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER UNTIL NEXCOM HAS COMPLETED VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
LIMITATIONS ON PRIZES: Limit one (1) prize during the entire Sweepstakes Period. NEXCOM reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. NEXCOM will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of NEXCOM.
The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. Entrants understand that NEXCOM is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of prize. NEXCOM is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Decisions of NEXCOM is final and binding in all respects.
SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Should NEXCOM be unable to identify, contact or verify the winner(s) after 5 days and/or two attempts via e-mail and/or phone calls, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner(s). By accepting the prize winner(s) agree to release NEXCOM from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the award of the prize, traveling to, or participating in, any prize activity. By accepting the prize, winner(s) also gives NEXCOM the unqualified right and permission to publish name and photo as winner(s) of a Navy Exchange Sweepstakes. Any prizes unclaimed by 1 June 2026 will be forfeited and no alternate winner(s) will be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. All decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the drawing. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and is required to sign and submit a W9 form prior to receipt of his/her prize and provide his/her name, SSN and address for prizes valued over $599.99. NEXCOM will issue appropriate documentation to the IRS as may be required by law.
